난다고래 개인정보처리방침

DalbitGames(달빛 게임즈, 이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 「난다고래」(영문명 Flappy Whale, 이하 "게임")를 제공합니다. 이 방침은 게임이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보

없습니다. 게임에는 회원가입이 없고, 개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 기록(점수, 코인, 보석, 스킨)은 이용자의 기기 안에 저장되며, Play 게임즈에 로그인하면 이용자의 Google 계정에도 저장됩니다(2장). 마법 보석 단지 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며 어떤 정보도 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 알림은 게임 설정이나 휴대폰 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

2. Google Play 게임즈 서비스 (선택)

로그인하면 Play 게임즈 프로필(플레이어 ID, 닉네임, 프로필 이미지)이 게임에 전달됩니다. 판이 끝나면 점수와 착용한 스킨 번호가 리더보드에 등록되고, 게임은 리더보드에 있는 다른 플레이어의 닉네임·점수·스킨 번호를 불러와 레이스에 함께 나오는 고래로 보여 줍니다. 리더보드 공개 범위는 Play 게임즈 프로필 설정에서 정할 수 있습니다. 로그인하지 않아도 랭킹을 제외한 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

클라우드 저장: 로그인하면 게임 진행 기록(점수, 코인, 보석, 스킨, 꼬리, 꾸러미 구매 여부 등)과 저장한 기기 이름을 Play 게임즈의 저장된 게임 기능으로 이용자의 Google 계정에 저장해, 기기를 바꾸거나 게임을 다시 설치했을 때 불러올 수 있게 합니다. 이 기록은 Google이 보관하며 개발자는 볼 수 없습니다.

3. 인앱 결제

인앱 상품(보물 조개 꾸러미) 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, 개발자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 결제 처리를 위해 Unity Technologies의 Unity IAP를 사용합니다. 구매를 진행하면 상품 정보, 가격, 주문 번호, 구매 영수증과 기기 정보(기기 모델, OS 버전, 언어 등)가 Unity로 전송될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Unity 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

4. 광고 및 분석

게임에는 광고가 없으며 광고 ID를 사용하지 않습니다. 별도의 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 리뷰와 문의

Google 서비스를 통한 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

6. 보관 및 삭제

기기 안의 기록은 게임을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. Play 게임즈 프로필, 리더보드 기록과 클라우드 저장 기록은 Google Play 게임즈 앱 또는 Google 계정 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청은 아래 메일로도 받습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

게임은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침의 변경

내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 알리고 시행일을 고칩니다.

Flappy Whale Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

DalbitGames ("we") provides the mobile game Flappy Whale (Korean title 난다고래, "the Game"). This policy explains what information the Game handles and how.

1. Information we collect directly

None. The Game has no sign-up, and we do not run our own servers. Your game progress (scores, coins, gems, skins) is stored on your device and, if you sign in to Play Games, also in your Google Account (see section 2). Magic Gem Jar notifications are scheduled on your device and send no information anywhere. You can turn them off in the game settings or your phone settings.

2. Google Play Games Services (optional)

If you sign in, your Play Games profile (player ID, nickname, profile image) is shared with the Game. When a run ends, your score and the number of your equipped skin are submitted to the leaderboard, and the Game loads other players' nicknames, scores and skin numbers from the leaderboard to show them as whales in your race. You can control who sees your leaderboard activity in your Play Games profile settings. All features except the leaderboards are available without signing in.

Cloud save: If you sign in, your game progress (scores, coins, gems, skins, trails, whether you bought the pack, etc.) and the name of the device that saved it are stored in your Google Account through Play Games Saved Games, so you can restore it on a new device or after reinstalling. Google keeps this data, and we cannot see it.

3. In-app purchases

In-app purchases (Treasure Shell Pack) are processed by Google Play. We never receive your card number or other payment details. The Game uses Unity IAP by Unity Technologies to handle purchases. When you make a purchase, product information, price, order ID, the purchase receipt and device information (device model, OS version, language, etc.) may be sent to Unity. See the Unity Privacy Policy for details.

4. Ads and analytics

The Game has no ads and does not use the advertising ID. We do not use any separate analytics tools.

5. Reviews and support

Information processed through Google services is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the Game. You can delete your Play Games profile, leaderboard records and cloud saves in the Google Play Games app or in your Google Account settings. You can also ask us to delete data by email.

7. Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date.

DalbitGames（以下「開発者」）は、モバイルゲーム「Flappy Whale」（韓国語名：난다고래、以下「本ゲーム」）を提供しています。本ポリシーでは、本ゲームが扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 開発者が直接収集する情報

ありません。本ゲームには会員登録がなく、開発者は独自のサーバーを運営していません。ゲームの進行記録（スコア、コイン、ジェム、スキン）はお使いの端末内に保存され、Play ゲームにログインすると Google アカウントにも保存されます（第2項）。魔法の宝石つぼの通知は端末内で予約され、情報を外部に送信することはありません。通知はゲームの設定または端末の設定でオフにできます。

2. Google Play ゲームサービス（任意）

ログインすると、Play ゲームのプロフィール（プレイヤー ID、ニックネーム、プロフィール画像）が本ゲームに共有されます。プレイが終わるとスコアと装備中のスキン番号がリーダーボードに登録され、本ゲームはリーダーボードにある他のプレイヤーのニックネーム・スコア・スキン番号を読み込んで、レースにいっしょに登場するクジラとして表示します。リーダーボードの公開範囲は Play ゲームのプロフィール設定で変更できます。ログインしなくても、ランキング以外のすべての機能を利用できます。

クラウド保存：ログインすると、ゲームの進行記録（スコア、コイン、ジェム、スキン、しっぽ、パック購入の有無など）と保存した端末の名前を、Play ゲームの「保存済みゲーム」機能でお使いの Google アカウントに保存し、端末の変更や再インストールのときに読み込めるようにします。この記録は Google が保管し、開発者が見ることはできません。

3. アプリ内課金

アプリ内課金（宝の貝パック）の決済は Google Play が処理し、開発者はカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。決済処理には Unity Technologies の Unity IAP を使用します。購入を行うと、商品情報、価格、注文番号、購入レシートと端末情報（端末モデル、OS バージョン、言語など）が Unity に送信される場合があります。詳しくは Unity プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

4. 広告と分析

本ゲームには広告がなく、広告 ID を使用しません。独自の分析ツールも使用しません。

5. レビューとお問い合わせ

Google のサービスを通じた情報の取り扱いは Google プライバシーポリシー に従います。

6. 保存と削除

端末内の記録は、本ゲームを削除すると一緒に消去されます。Play ゲームのプロフィール、リーダーボードの記録とクラウド保存の記録は、Google Play ゲームアプリまたは Google アカウント設定 から削除できます。削除のご依頼は下記のメールでも受け付けます。

7. 子どもの個人情報

本ゲームは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

8. ポリシーの変更

内容を変更した場合は、このページでお知らせし、施行日を更新します。
